Unfortunately a refund can not be approved as no insurance was purchased to cover the damage of this unit. As outlined in our terms and conditions, if no insurance is purchased – the liability falls upon the consumer.
Well received my order, they sent me a drill/driver instead of impact driver (different model altogether) and forgot the multi-tool but on the picking list it was ticked as being checked off and in the package..
I paid with paypal so not particularly worried about it, I will give them a week to get it all sorted out. After that I have documented everything and can always dispute through paypal who I have always found take the buyers side in these kind of disputes.
I am suprise anyone has trouble with them as i can honestly say, i have found them excellent. Perhaps give Jack a call at the Brookvale store, and see if he can help out.
I did not get "Sorry sir for this mistake, I will get one out to you with overnight mail" as I would have in the US, from where I come. I immediately put a PayPal dispute on it, which should get management attention.
