Unfortunately a refund can not be approved as no insurance was purchased to cover the damage of this unit. As outlined in our terms and conditions, if no insurance is purchased – the liability falls upon the consumer.Well received my order, they sent me a drill/driver instead of impact driver (different model altogether) and forgot the multi-tool
